How about some results

October 9th

Dr. Rudnick started out by saying, "Marni you have lost 13 pounds and your speech / words are coming along nicely."

To me that was good news, when a Dr. does not start out with the quick & dirty and gets to funtalk, it is good news...

"So you want to see your scan?" he asked...."Hell ya I do!" I yelled!

As Paul stood behind Dr. Rudnick immediately focusing in at the screen of the side by side scans, I sat next to Dr. Rudnick...a huge crazy smile came over his face as he explained that the tumor has continued to shrink...Lets keep the treatment going as it is all positive results at this point...

Not sure what he said after that, but at one point I reconnected to the conversation and heard him say, "In April we were just trying to get you to your 40th birthday...and now you have become a huge success story!"

He asked if they could use my case in a study and present my case at a Tumor conference...

He went on to explain that the kind of tumor that I have is not common in adults, the treatment that I have received could help other people with similar diagnosis and optimism.

It felt good to feel like I can help...

It felt real good... to be alive
